I would like to ask the Baracãons to recognise a new orginisation that is starting in (hopefully) neutral Varja. The International Forum is an orginisation dedicated to mediating disputes between micronations in a neutral and non-biased fashion. Currently I am seeking nations to recognise this new foundation and to contribute members to the panal of said foundation. Anyhow, with that... I am available to answer any questions that you may have.

Since the terms of treaty between Baracão and Varja the MCS land that was Varja goes to the IF (since it is an NPO) and as such the IF gets to be in its own international neutral zone.
